Following are the 5 Gunh (Virtue) of the Party
Lust– Separation of Power: Founders and main members do not contest direct elections. Role: Identify and groom capable leaders through exams and interviews for unbiased leadership.Anger– Merit-Based Selection: Candidates are selected through exams to ensure competence. Role: Promote fairness and preparedness, avoiding favoritism.Greed– Micro Donations Funded exclusively by micro-donations from citizens.Role: Prevent undue influence and ensure policies prioritize public welfare.Emotional Attachment– Public Decision on Candidacy: Local citizens vote to select the final candidate for the party ticket.Role: Empower communities, ensuring grassroots trust and connection.Egotism– Regular Performance Reviews and Term Limits Biannual performance reviews are split 50% by the public and 50% by the party. Top 30% promoted. The middle 40% compete with new candidates. The bottom 30% were denied tickets for the next election. Role: Foster accountability, prevent power consolidation, and encourage new perspectives.
